    Weren't there some lawsuits (maybe not a class action but rather individual)? Wonder whether these had any success....it's like banks these days...never admit to wrongdoing and don't want to pay any damages.....I will make sure that I never buy a Dell nor nVidia product again....

    The only people who win in a class action lawsuit are the lawyers. The outcome for everyone signing onto the CA will end up being a $50 manafacturer coupon towards a new laptop.
