This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Class Not Registered on Movie Maker

    Hey kids. I tried importing audio (.mp3) on movie maker but it kept giving me an error: 'class not registered.' I can import video (.avi) files fine, but I can't get audio to import. I tried looking around the web and told me to type this into Run:

    regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qdv.dll

    When I typed it in, it said that it succeeded, but I still can't import any audio files. Any help is appreciated.
