I'm having a tough time liking this 1080p AG screen so far. The blacks aren't that black and I can't seem to get the colours right. I've tried tweaking the saturation a bit and it has helped, but I was hoping someone could suggest some settings for me that might help this AG screen sing a little better.

    Thank you.

Im using the following gamma settings

    red 1.18
    green 1.00
    blue 0.73

you can only use the nvidia CP to enter these values, the intel driver has 'coarse' settings (ie gamma changes only in 0.1 increments).

Problem is how to make these stick, every time the computer enters screen saver or reboots etc the settings are back to normal. I've tried nvidia, intel and windows color calibration and all reset by themselves.

I'll see if that saves when I reboot. Those settings look a little brownish but do improve the colour!

yeah they are not perfect lol... I just used the nvidia display otimization pattern/screen found on the 32-bit drivers only.

To use it, the center of each color middle bar should match its outer bands. Viewing angle plays a BIG factor when setting these, so keep that in mind...

I'll give that a shot thanks.

BTW those settings saved when I rebooted...did you "apply settings" before you closed the control panel?

This may sound stupid but how do i check if the screen is Anti-glare or not? By reading most of posts here i assume Anti-glare is a much better option than Glossy? Pardon my ignorance.

I would like to know this as well!

When I start up the Nvidia control panel and make changes to a color's gamma, I see the Nvidia settings take over and the display looks so much better. I need to know how to make look like this all the time.
