Hello all,
I was configuring my Dell system online and was confused by the different warranty packages offered.
Can someone explain to me the differences? Is the level of warranty (Premium, Plus and basic) determined by the year of the warranty? I am so confused!!!Code:Protect your investment and gain peace of mind with one of Dells available service plans for your PC. I read on Dell's website that all three type of warranty (Plus, Premium and Value) offers 3-Year In-Home service2, parts & labor3, + 24x7 phone support . If that's the case, why are there still 1year, 2year and 3year warranties offered if all offers 3 year in home service.
This is the link where I got that information. ( DellCare Protection Plan | Dell)
Honestly speaking, I only require the 3-Year
In-Home service2, parts & labor3, + 24x7 phone support. If that's the case, would the Value package cover me for three years? On the config website, the basic package falls under a 1 year warranty?
Jeez, hope my question was understood!
