    Have you tried:

    - Piping out the display to an external monitor

    - Reseatting RAM/HDD

    - Replacing with known good RAM

    - Reinstalling ATi CCC drivers?

    - Purging ATi CCC drivers and then reinstalling

    - Reinstalling your OS with fresh ATi drivers?

    if your rgbled screen is changing shades of color, then get it replaced. It is a defective screen. I had the same problem and got it replaced; the new screen is perfect now.

    It's screen problem, if I use HDMI the colors are ok.
