    Hello,

my L502X i7 laptop arrived today, but I'm disappointed by the quality of it. Beside some little scratches, there is an annoying noise when I touch the left side of the laptop: YouTube - Problem

What can I do? Do you have the same problem ?
    Thanks

thanks for your advice, but I don't think it's a good ideea. The laptop is new - it has less than 24 hours. Also, I saw a small dent and some little scratches, on the left side, below the screen.

Exactly, I believe Dell XPS quality has dropped.

I noticed the same issue as soon as i recieved my laptop,i contacted dell and here is the answer.... ( In addition as I have already explained the other problem you have videoed on to YOUTUBE is not an issue. it is the way the product is designed as there is a large vent below the speaker it has this movement and the right hand speaker will not move as much as it has solid plastics such the DVD drive below it. ).....Stupid answer.
