    Hey guys,

My XPS system has been giving me trouble since I received it, about a month ago. Anyway, I usually keep it plugged in 90% of the time. However, the past two times I have attempted to play "The Witcher" while on battery, I get a really nasty crackling sound when the music is playing for the game. When the sound crackles, the video also stutters and isn't smooth.

Any idea what could be going on?

    Thanks,

    Erick

Does it happen with any other game or application?
