I just received my XPS m1330 from Dell, and am very happy with the system. Only defect is a tiny paint chip on the aluminum paint, but it's just me being nit-picky. I'm just glad I didn't get any of the build quality issues that seem to be common on this forum. 2.4 Ghz T8300, 4 GBs of RAM, 160 GB 7200 rpm, Wireless-n, and LED screen for $1250 :D .

However, I couldn't find the creative earbuds inside my box. The carrying case and remote were inside, but, strangely, not the earbuds. Do they not ship the m1330 with earbuds inside anymore or should I call customer service?

I just got my m1330 yesterday and I did not recieve earbuds either. It doesn't bother me though as I probably wouldn't have used them anyway.

The earbuds are really nice. You must call them and ask for it, else you are missing something! The sound quality is just awesome.

I don't know if this will help but when I got my m1530, the headphones were in the xps binder.

They might tell you they are promotional items, and not everyone will get them.

ha i managed to get two pairs with my xps 1530 (got it a couple of months ago)
not bad headphones but tend to give "boomy" sounding base compared with my regular philips units

Thanks for the quick answers, guys. I think I'll call them and try to get the earbuds, if I can.
