I had this StudioXPS 1640, which had almost 330 days of warranty left. I got a XPS 15 L502x as a replacement.

The invoice contains the 1 Yr compete cover warranty. Now My question is that are those 330 days from the previous laptops warranty supposed to be transferred to this laptop, so that my warranty becomes 1Yr Default + 330 days?

No, I don't think they just keep extending your warranty with every replacement. It's most likely just 1 year. But seriously, call them and ask. I've never been put on hold. It would take you 3 minutes.

The complete cover warranty policy doesn't contain any explanation referring to this situation.

The customer care executive told me that that the remaining days from that laptop's warranty aren't transferred.

I had this case with my studio laptop and at that time my warranty from previous laptop was transferred + 1yr default was provided with a replacement.
