    Hello All,

I ordered an XPS 8100 Desktop on 29th December, have been watching my order status ever since!

It shipped on 31st December, so I have my hopes up for delivery this week even though my EDD is 12th January.

Whenever I click the tracking link, a new window opens up but it's just a blank table page with the Walsh Western logo on it. Then yesterday, my tracking link changed to an actual tracking number and the Carrier says "WUK". The tracking number begins with "ALN5..." followed by 18 numbers.

Who are WUK? Is this Walsh Western? It still doesn't track? Is there anything I can do to find out what is happening??

    Thank you in advance!

    Jamie

i believe walsh western is WWI.
my order initially also showed them as the courier, but it later changed to UPS.
it usually takes a few hours to a day for tracking systems to add your actual tracking details so just wait and try again later :)

My tracking window just updated today! It now actually says something!

DEPARTED MANU.FACILITY in Lodz today, it says at 22:00 even though it isn't even 10pm in Lodz, Poland yet...

Anyway ETA 06/01/11, awesome, Cannot wait, if that is correct!

The tracking on the Dell Order Status still says "WUK".

Spose I'll find out who WUK are on Thursday ;)

I've also got an XPS 8100 Desktop coming from Dell, ordered a day after you and according to the tracking page, dispatched at the same time from Dell Lodz (the Polish manufacturing facility) and with an ETA here in the UK of Thursday 6th of January.

An update to this, mine is being delivered by Business Post - the dell tracking page doesn't show this but if you log in via the syncreon website it redirects to a Walsh Western page similar to the dell one, which shows the correct courier.

edit: Jamie, I presume you are in Lincolnshire, based on the start of your tracking number?
