    DELL XPS M1530 delivery date

    Hi guys i've orderd dell xps 1530 on 7th jan and they said that they are gonna deliver me by 29th jan. My config is 2.2ghz,3gbram,1680x1050,250gb hdd. Does it take really a long time for delivery??

    I order mine on the Jan. 4th. with estimated delivery date on Jan 21. I received it 5 days later on Jan. 9th. You should get it alot sooner then Jan 29th. Dell always gives longer estimated delivery dates to anticpate for any unforeseen delays. They rather tell you a later date and delivery it early then an early date and delivery it late. That way they look like they're a great company as oppossed to looking like they messed up.

    Manufacuring, Nope. Delivery, maybe. I Ordered on 1/5. It was shipped 1/9. Original est delivery by Dell 1/22. DHL est delivery 1/14. By actually reading the forums, I've read that some have had delivery problems (ie wrong house, person not being there when they were, etc). So who knows what kinda fork ups will happen.
