I have a small grey blob about 3 pixel by 3 and its annoying me.
when i turn the laptop off or to screen, i cant see it but when its on its always there.

its not on the case as iv tried to clean that.
i cant remember how long its been there but now i notice it, its annoying me.

Its not black or white like usual dead picels and not a perfect square like normal dead pixels are.
Iv heard about dirt under the screen but iv looked at it in a bright light while the laptops off and i cant see it ??

If you have a *dead pixel* and it's bothersome like that, use your warranty...Call Dell and have them fix/or better yet, just replace your screen with a new one.

You should be able to look at your screen clearly..with no *discerning or distracting* issues. ;)

Ok, i called dell 24x7 support and they said that they are going to replace the screen. thats great support for just one dead pixel or maybe dust(not sure which) :D

Does anyone if they replace the screen only or the whole lid/top case?
