Can any help me identify where or what this noise or fuzz some sort if distortion or fuzziness noise is coming from.

Happens when idle, but happens on typing and using the trackpad.

    See video.

How i fixed mine was i have found the noise to come out of the speakers so i narrowed it down to this.

Disconnected the speaker adapter then also disconnected the battery from the board too. Flushed the power from the unit, with no battery connected plugged all back in and its disappeared for now.

    Update:

Still come back sound is coming from the speaker 100% when disconnected from the laptop sound has gone. Its as frequency noise from the keyboard and trackpad or machine is sending a distortion or digital vibration through the computer to the speakers
