Hi...I think that in this case, since it's your own battery having issues w/your lappy...the Screen Shot should come from you. That just seems like the right thing to do ~ I don't think you will get many replies with peeps' own screen shots...... :(

If you can't get the screeen shot because you can't get a connection due to it, it would prolly be best that you phone Tech Support and advise them as to what is going on w/everything.

You also gave no info' as to what lappy you have, and what battery it is having the problem, so others can help you. ;)

    Good luck to you...

    Cin ;) :)

Honestly, it sounds to me like he's trying to fraud Dell into giving him a new battery - and he's got himself in a bind. I'm sorry if I misunderstood your original post, but that's what it sounds like to me.

Yes, whatever the OP is doing...that is his responsiblity to provide a screen shot...I don't believe anyone on the forum would provide as such to him...

He needs to work directly with Dell on this issue. ;)

well dell has been a fraudulent company themselves ......... sending me a crap of a laptop plagued with problems after paying such hefty amount.
my mobo got fried 2 times .....3rd one is on the verge btw
    hard disk replaced once

and now the battery is about to die only after 11 months of use and they are not replacing it
so if being fraudulent is the only way i guess i have no choice

    Anyone willing to help???? :( :( :(

You still haven't stated what lappy it is that you have, and what battery.

As, stated I highly doubt that anyone is going to give you a *print screen* of their system ~ especially since they are not having the prob's you are having.

Plus, this issue is bet. you an Dell....What your asking for is not right..I'm sorry.

You need to really contact Dell directly ~ by phone or something, if you cannot connect via your computer.

You should have paperwork to backup everything that has gone on with your lappy to show Dell! If you cannot get anywhere with a Support Rep, ask to have your case transferred to a Resolution Specialist.

If not, you can fill out an Unresolved Issues form: Here it is:

    https://support.dell.com/support/to...outstanding_issues?c=us&l=en&s=gen&redirect=1

I always stand by that there is alway's a resolve to issues one may be having, though it may not look like that at the current time. ;)

Is your lappy not working that you cannot provide this?
The thing is you would be providing something to Dell...that is not from your lappy.

If so, you should be able to advise Dell..that you cannot provide this to them based on the physical problems you are having with your laptop, and they should be able to work with you on this.

The OP's initial post is request to help him commit fraud, so this thread is closed(see forum rules). Talk with Dell, and they will be reasonable as long as you have a reasonable request/complaint.
