    Hi all,

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate on my XPS M1530. So far I'm dead chuffed with it, however I have an issue I'm trying to resolve on the Bluetooth side of things.

I currently have to click 'Receive a file' to receive each individual file sent to me from my mobile phone, despite it being paired with the laptop. I am aware that Windows drivers require this, but some manufacturers have their own Bluetooth drivers that allow you to set a mobile device as being paired, send a bunch of files to the PC and only have to click accept once.

Does anyone know if there are drivers for the Dell Bluetooth Trumobile 355 that I can install on Windows 7 to get this feature that I am desperate to get back please?

    Thanks

My current driver is version 6.1.7600.16385 and says it was provided by Microsoft.

Does the Dell one say Microsoft or Dell?

Will your drivers work with the M1530 BenUK and if so, do they do what I am looking for?

The one I've linked to is the latest version of the Bluetooth drivers for the M1530. I am running it on mine with Windows 7 and it works exactly as it should.

Although it is generally down to the phone maker's software than allows advanced file management features - not the Bluetooth drivers

It's down to the Bluetooth drivers to decide how the PC reacts to file sending requests, not the phone. On the old drivers, not having to click 'receive file' or being able to receive multiple files was down to the Bluetooth drivers, not the phone. As long as the phone can send multiple files, which it can, then it's down to Windows to interpret that as it can, depending on the drivers.
