Dell command power manager has a Thermal Management option which affects CPU speeds, Fan speed and temperature. How does this compare to Windows 8's own power plans? I thought that if I change to "High performance" in Windows, Dell Command power manager would change accordingly. But it doesn't .
Will they affect each other? Should I use both?
