With fan noise being an issue for a lot of people with the XPS 13 2015, I decided to try dell commmand power. Which has different modes like Silent, Cool etc. How is this different from the Windows power plans?

I'm actually wondering the same. Some people delete ALL Dell software to reduce the fan noise, that probably means Dell Command Power too.
