    You know what we went through bro,I am getting both and as Ive said before I have alienwares for over 15 years or there about.I have said from the 1st post alienware is superior in quality and the most important service.The xps is a great all purpose laptop,im not letting these so called reps get away with anything at this point, I just can't let those ignorant nasty Sub humans beat me down as they have but theres still 1 more round like Rocky said I didn't hear no bell!My alienware rep after fighting with dell as you know for nothing They could have resolved this months ago alienware called me back not email actual phone call and I only talked to him once and 3 hours later I show an m14x in production with free next day ship.Go on the m11 m15 m17 forums and see what happens to us when we have an issue.I ordered my m11xr1 the week it was available and someone said call after not getting it sooner.We werent even over the edd yet and they gave me a new razer orrochi mouse and pad hi perf,Yes free.That was quite common check out the order thread from may 2010 see for yourself.So I have both coming as Im not making a choice untill I see test and play,Maybe I'll keep both.mmwaahhhhaaa.....LOL..

    Bro they could give everyone 3 laptops each and it doesnt make up for crap service,But I believe in karma Im going to keep whats a same or better replacement as stated by dells warranty.And If it runs without major issues ie. no boot, overheating whatever,I dont mind a little failure its electronics tech stuff is always changing. And all kidding aside as long as Im satisfied with the current resolve I will put the xps 15 on my account,for a discount of course! LOL (You Greedy SOB.) Ha Ha. How are your issues going?

    Im confused, what are they doing for you agian. What are yo getting and whats going o n?

    IM still waiting on my replacement its been almost 2 weeks. But i managed toget my other one to work. They gave me a faulty ram stick.

    Everyone's confused I don't even want to talk more about it as I am literaly convinced dell does what thaey feel like, Besides all the crap I went through,I just got an email taking down my post on dell forum,It wasn't up an hour I swear.So that shows they police and read the posts.So then why didnt they answer my 30 emails?I cant get on my order status page it says error checking order try back later or call tech support!Id rather jump off the Empire state building....Im not even sure the specifics because they change it as soon as you make a deal.I just bought an m17xr3 a couple weeks ago over 3k us,and I showed them I caceled my m11xr3 so they see I can cost them thousands if I dont get my replacement as promised,Im waiting until the laptop is in my hands and working before I go any further,I was promised an m14x for my 14xps and an m15xps from 2 managers got 2 totaly conflicting answers,I am getting both I keep the one that fits my needs better,and maybe keep the other at deep discount????Im a big alienware fan,so Im sure ill keep both and go through more hoops if they ever resolve this.I also called PC WORLDS on your side they get people that dont hear back from co etc.They make 1 call and everyone always gets the royal treatment instantly as no one wants a negative review from a major PC magazine! I'll keep you posted but I will be on both alienware forums and XPS,I feel bad for people still getting the run around like you I did everything possible to resolve this civil as possible They brought the wrath not me.If they fixed this the 1st time Id be fine as i said I have so many pcs its no biggie but maybe its just me but I think people work hard for every nickel today and no one deserves to be treated like this.

    try Acer or Asus and you will see what crappy support & company is !

    Read the post my spelling and structure are the last thing Im concerned with If you don't have anything of value to add to us who are having serious issues, go teach writing to people who need it.(genious!)

    Bro don't even bother there's thousands of dell issues and these guys are correcting spelling and other stupid crap.We are supposed to help each other that's what this forum is for, not correcting someone's writing structure when we're going through these big issues the last thing on my mind is how nice I wrote my post.Thanks Bad Boy your a good guy,I appreciate all the chat we have let me know how the replacement goes.
