Is it possible to use the second mini PCI-e slot in the last-get (or current-gen) 15" XPS for a SSD? Is the slot bootable?

Edit; i just found that it doesn't work in the L501x, does anyone know if it would work in the L502x?

Unless the mini PCI-E is through the SATA controller, it won't be bootable. Only few notebooks on the market have this feature, so highly unlikely.
