Hey all!
I'm looking to return my Dell XPS 15. My preliminary search revealed that Dell has a within-21-days-of-shipping return policy. Unfortunately customer service lines are closed today so I was unable to confirm. Are any of you familiar with their return policies? Do I need to ship the computer back to them within 3 weeks of their ship date, or do I just need to confirm a return within the 3 weeks? Any help would be much appreciated.
