    Has anyone been able to use Dell's Live Chat in the last few days? I've been trying to use it since Saturday because of a power cord issue with my wife's XPS Studio 1640, but it keeps on telling me that windows can't display the page.

    I have been trying for almost over a month with no success. giving me some sort of error code. Dell is falling apart
