    Please help me!! :(
    Each time, when I turn off my notebook or remove main battery it's resets time to 2008/bla/bla...

    I tried to:
    - Reinstall latest bios;
    - Reinstall Windows 7;
    - Replace coin-cell battery;
    - Set time in bios;

    Any ways to fix it??

    Assuming it holds time ok with the battery / main power then my bet would be the cell battery. To prove the cell battery theory (even though you have changed it), try changing something else in the bios and then remove all power as before. If this is also reset then the cell battery is looking favourite. How does this connect to the MB? Is there a cable / plug / some other connection that may be broke / worked loose?

    Since you have replaced the bios battery and it still happens try flashing your bios, just download from Dell download page even if you use the same bios version you have at current!!! ;)
