    Hi,

I've installed an SSD and reinstalled Win7, but can't find the Cyberlink PowerDVD software anywhere in the drivers and downloads web support site.

I have tried to login to my dell downloads, but get a message that my "service tag not supported". I'm using IE9 (with .NET 4) so I don't think it's a browser issue. I bought the XPS L502x from the Dell Outlet UK, could this be why the service tag is unsupported? I've emailed Dell support so may get some help - maybe not.

Can anyone give me a direct link to download the PowerDVD software 9.6 or upload it somewhere temporarily?

    Many thanks,

    FrankyG

You should make sure you get your service tag sorted out with Dell. If you just received the laptop, they sometimes take a day or two to get the service tags in the system, but if they don't get on them! Otherwise getting support down the road will be next to impossible as they can't seem to do anything without a service tag. Even outlet computers have working service tags, again, Dell might need to update their systems, that's all.

I don't have a direct link for you though, sorry.
