Hey all. I bought 2 of these a while back to use with my dell xps 15 9550. I only used it a few times.

I recently haven't used it in a long time and notice after a while, instead of 5 bars when its fully charged, it drops 1 or 2 bars. Is that normal? Are you suppose to make sure you charge it every few weeks or month etc? My laptop is plugged in almost always to an outlet.

Also want to make sure of this... but there are 2 ways to charge it right? The first way is just plugging in your dell xps laptop charger to it. And the other method is connect the dell xps laptop charger to it but then use the other piece and connect it to your dell xps laptop right so its charging itself and also charging your laptop so its like 2 in 1? Just want to make sure as I haven't used it in a while.

Also when you charge it, I thought its suppose to like blink all 5 lights at first? Or not? Because when I tried to charge it, it just shows the current bars. I thought it would show like charging to 5 bars and then going back to whatever current bar it was and then do that.

So you know when its fully charged when you see 5 lights right? Again I haven't used it in some time so just want to make sure of this.

I think that you worry too much. Plug it in, charge it and use it. If you really need to know the answer, look for the product documentation online.
