    Hello again my studio xps 16 (1640) shipped with vista 64bit and I also received a Win7 64bit upgrade. Is it possible to get a 32bit version of Win7? I have the home premium version. Thanks for the help.

    I would suggest you call tech support and explain that you need 32bit instead. I dont think you will have a hard time with them. Usually they would do nextday-shipping. good luck
