Under what conditions will Dell Canada replace a brand new Studio XPS 1640 laptop? I'm currently having my motherboard replaced and they put in the wrong 1, so I'm getting it replaced AGAIN.

Probably due to his ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4670 (1-2.8 GB DDR3)

Lol I tried to update to the A11 BIOS, it failed 1/2 way, and now it won't get past POST when I turn it on.

I have no idea about Dell Canada.
But I have gotten things 4 times replaced in this notebook so far.
And tomorrow will be the 5th time ( Again the whole screen and the whole palmrest).

lol...I don't think it would be technically your fault as it's an upgrade they have on their very site and it just happened to fail.

I don't think they'd mind doing an replacement.

Well, i have 7 replacements. Then the monitor, palmrest, and keyboard became faulty. So total replacement might be 10. Then Dell rep issued me a replacement. And I am not happy at all. I need the laptop for college use, now it won't work. After 10 days, I asked Dell about my new laptop. They didn't even building it. I am in America with my SXPS13...so it might be different for you.
