So I've tried running FurMark 1.8.0 and the app seems to stutter every couple of seconds regardless of the resolution FurMark is configured for.

This is with the A07 BIOS, 130W adapter and no other applications running. Looking at GPU-Z, there does not appear to be any GPU throttling.

I've run FurMark on this system before and don't recall seeing this issue. Unfortunately too many variables have changed recently, including an update of my ATI drivers to the latest ones posted at http://strags.com/

My guess is that ATI is intentionally handicapping the FurMark application. Any thoughts?
