Has anybody ordered the RGBLED display and received the WLED one instead? I ordered the RBGLED (as shown on my receipt and Dell confirmation email) but my shipping confirmation says WLED. I am on the phone with them now, but they are only seeing WLED now (since that's what it's now showing for them). If you had this issue, how did you get it resolved?

Are you positive that its not just a mistake on the receipt. I ordered an SXPS 16 with RGB and it had WLED on the original order. When I called into customer support they said it was RGB even though the receipt it showed WLED.
One way to make sure is if they charged you the price of the RGB, if they did then check to make sure its RGB. If not then they probably messed up taking your order in the first place. -

They charged me for it the first time from what I can tell. I can actually configure the laptop I ordered for $20 less than I paid. However, my receipt says the WLED part number.

So how can you confirm you don't have an RGB right now?

Current summary from Dell says:

Yah that's what I had, and thats exactly what dell sales rep told me. Don't listen to dell support they are a bunch of monkeys!
Hope your order works out well. -

What is the diagonal measurement of the 15.6" 1080p WLED (active portion) for those that ordered it?

Edge-to-Edge FullHD Widescreen 16.0 inch RGBLED LCD (1920x1080)
I just came from the Dell site. Above is what I copy and pasted from a custom configuration beginning at the lowest price offered with Core2 processors.
Have you ever seen a car manufacturer offer a turbo charged engine, go into a great marketing description of the turbo charging process with pictures, have it sell well, and then the next year offer the same engine with all references to turbo charging removed and call it a bland "performance engine" option?
If Dell sells this laptop with a "Premium HD" screen instead of the RGBLED, then they have run out of RGBLED screens and are offering something else.
If you got the RGBLED screen and your eyes are at least semi-functioning then you know you have it, as it has always been described as "eye popping" and "the colors so intensely bright that it almost appears unnatural" (like one of those ads for a laptop that note the picture is "simulated").
If you did not get it, then send it back. Demand a processor upgrade for your trouble.
