Is one coming? How do we know? Do you think it'll be better than the current $400 off coupons?

Last week Signature Event was over but there new one coming that I saw that dell took it off fast. It was mistake for sure. I saw Xps 15 with 8 gb RAM , 2630 no 1080p. Saving 400 some thing.
