    PolarPyro,

    I ordered from Singapore.

    Cin,

Thanx for referring to that forum.

I will definitely look into the tools you have recommended.

Just out of curiosity, Is NIS 2009 that bad?

Well not that bad exactly compared to its earlier versions.

Do you need to change your AV ? - Well not necessary, get the review of NIS 2009 from google and you would be more than satisfied when you compare it to its predecessor

Any other recommendations - I would recommend Bitdefender, ESET Smart security, Kaspersky

NIS 2009 is good when you compare it to McAfee and Trend Micro. But if you are getting 2008 then you should probably change your AV.

Thanx mhatrey and Skraeling for your replies.

I guess i am going to give NIS 2009 a try before moving to any alternatives.

After all, i have two year license :D

    I got one more doubt.

So far, i have been using Media Player Classic(K-lite) for all my media files.

Will the same compatible with 64-bit Ultimate version?

Do you guys recommend any altenrative?

    Thanx in advance.

Id say maybe VLC player, it has all the codecs built into it to play stuff like .mkv and what not. At least im pretty sure that one does. Failing that just use windows media player and go grab the... combined community codec pack.

Has all the codecs you need as well. I use it personally.

Its compatible with vista so should be no worries there. Then you can use any media player you wish.
