    Dell Studio xps 1340-Bluetooth problem ...

    Hi, I have one problem with Bluetooth device. I didn't see the light of that device even if I have turned on the wireless. So, I take off the back cover and see as follow image. I don't know which part it is for bluetooth. I just see WWAN (blank), Wireless, and UWB (blank).

    Which device is bluetooth located in?

    Starting from the left, the WWAN labelled slot would be for a 3G card. The middle slot has got installed wireless network card. The right hand slot labelled UWAN is for the bluetooth card.

    Looks like there is no bluetooth card in your laptop? Did you order it with one?

    I didn't know about this. In the order list is included all.

    That is why I wonder about bluetooth device didn't work. Also, can't use phone SIM Card for Internet connecting.

    If the bluetooth module and 3g card are included in your order, then you should ring dell and complain.
