    i chat with dell support before 1 hour ago to check my system dell xps l1702 , nvidia 550 , 3d to check does include or not they answer its didnt include optimus featurethat dell joke answer coz u have bigger battery when u go to main page tech sepes u see that optimus feature should include with 3d 17 xps thats funny thing of dell can someone tell me how should include this feature

    the 3d version of the l702x does not include optimus... incompatibility issue with the 3d feature and the intel graphics card.

    As such you'll lose out on the optimus features (namely wireless display, quicksync vidio encoding and the longer battery life)

    the 3d version would also need the 555m card "3d enabled"... if you want optimus you need the non-3d options and screen
