This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     OMG! I just called Dell Canada Support inquirying about the cost for adding on-site support to my existing support contract (3 years, completecare, depot) and the guy told me it would cost me 780$!!! That's insane!

    I wonder if the guy simply doesn't know what he's talking about...
