    Is there such a thing as a complete unlocked 5530 card? Or are they all locked to a particlar carrier? Want to get one for my XPS16, but if it will only work on one network, it's not worth the money.

    That's where I looked -- all the auctions seemed to indicate that the card is for carrier this or that. So I assumed they were locked.

    AFAIK they are all unlocked, I have bought a few from dell UK, and even thought they come with Vodaphone branding, they work fine with my T-mobile sims.
