In my search for the right ultrabook, i've narrow down the Dell XPS 13 - Ivy Bridge in one of the finalist. The piece it lacks which I am interested in is touch screen.

Anyone know if touch screen will be an option on it soon. I am curious on the build quality of XPS 12. Is there a dell store or available somewhere to look at?

The other in my finalist would be the Lenovo Yoga 13.

I originally wanted Acer Aspire S7, but RAM is not upgradable and battery life sucks. Both huge turn off

HP Envy Spectre and other HP series have crap LCD screen resolution

    Sony T-Series ain't much better.

    ANy other suggestion?

I'm in the same boat. Looking for a ultra book that has laptop power. I've almost settled on the xps 12 as all the reviews say build quality and display are excellent.
The only thing holding me back is the price and no graphics card.
Also I am going towards dell because of billing/account with them.
The only other option they have with touch screen and graphics card is the 15z and that's getting too big and the reviews are not so great.
Go for the 8gb and i7 since neither of these can be upgraded. Also the hard dive is a msata and they are about $170-210 for a 256. The 12 and 13 are the same build inside.
The 12 has my vote I would recommend the i7, 8gb 128gb as of now that's the best price for what you get. I'm sure if you can hold off for about a month there will be deals on it. Then upgrade the ssd in late 2013 to a 500gb for about $150.

Also what just sold me on the touch screen even more, you can run android apps on windows 7 or 8.
I wish there was a ultra, quad core, touch screen, high res, 11-14" with graphics card but there really isn't a good choice as of now.
