    Hey guys,

I recently purchased the new Dell XPS 13--overall I am very pleased and it's a phenomenal ultrabook. However recently I have had an issue with the speakers, they were working fine a few days ago but recently when watching a YouTube video, I couldn't hear any sound.

I checked to make sure the sound wasn't mute. I then put my head against it and realized that sound is coming out but it's very very very soft (which was fine a week ago). I re-installed the Realtek Audio driver and nada.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Click on the speaker icon in the System Tray and select Mixer while your browser is running. I've noticed each app has it's own independent speaker setting, and sometimes the volume can just be low for that app.
