Haven't been able to start Windows 10 since the 1.6.1 update (thank you Intel). Gave it almost two weeks to wait for an update or fix and that hasn't happened so I've been trying to do a rollback so I can finally use my computer except it's not going the way I thought it would.
I downloaded the previous BIOS, it's on my USB, but when I do the F12 thing and try to do the BIOS Flash Update, I'm able to select the file, but "Begin Flash Update" never becomes clickable.
What are my options here?

Since I don't have an XPS 13, I can't say for sure, but, within the BIOS for other models, there is an option that enables installing an earlier version of the BIOS, and, if that option is not enabled, you cannot install a version of the BIOS that is earlier than the one currently installed. Thus, I would suggest going into the BIOS, checking to see if there is such an option, and, if there is, making sure that it is enabled.
