I just recently got my new Dell XPS 13 9350. Everything works great so far except for one problem with the wifi. I connect to my home router just fine. However, when I try to connect to the school wifi (assuming its just WPA-Enterprise) it gives me the "can't connect to network" error. I log in with my id and password and it works on every other device I have. I just can't get it working on this dell. Not sure if it's a driver issue, but I have installed the latest driver. I also tried deleting the driver and letting windows install its own driver. Still won't work.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is anyone else experience this problem? Should I do a full wipe and try reinstalling that?

Call your school's IT help desk.

Can you get other devices to connect, like another laptop, or your smartphone?
