BIOS 2.1.2 is available on Dell's website.

BE ADVISED: This BIOS update will reset all BIOS settings to factory default. This means, if you have reinstalled Windows and set up the drive as AHCI instead of the default RAID then you will have to go into BIOS and change it back to AHCI before you will be able to successfully boot into Windows.

It does its job. I use it for office applications, Excel, Word, etc.I was having problems with it slowing down to a frustrating pace but that ended a couple of BiOS updates ago.

The 9365 is fanless. At least I see no vent holes and hear no fan. Mine sits hooked up to a docking station to run two monitors and external storage most of the time. I just picked it up to look at it to see if it was fanless and did notice that it is very warn on the bottom. Never noticed it warm when I've used it on my lap on travel. But I have used it heavily today.

I would assume the Amber Lake version to be also. But don't know.
