Is a windows or a battery issue?

You sure its Windows 7? I'm on Windows 7 /w 6 Cell and I get about 3 hours. It might just be some 3rd party software misbehaving.

Looks like your videocard is in high power mode?
Or do you only have the 9400?
    USB stuff plugged in?
    Webcam on?
    BT on?

There's no need, if you go into the performance manager on the control panel there is an option to measure just about every single possible variable on the computer including battery drain, voltage, charge level etc.

It's kinda fun to watch it draw graphs of how your system is performing

Where is this? I can not find anything about battery in the reliability and performance monitor. I looked through the counters but couldn't find it.
