Hey guys, I recently ordered a Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook and want to go about upgrading the screen. The viewing angles and colors on the stock one are horrendous. I'm trying to find a 1080p or 900p IPS display that would work with this laptop. Does anyone know what kind of monitor is in there? I think it uses a 40 pin connector but I am not sure what kind of signal it uses.Could use some help. Thanks

HI, just about to do the same.
I found out that Alienware using the AUO B140HAN01 screen panel for its 14" laptops, its a 1080P ips panel. from what i found on the net, its the only 14" ips panel on the market today.
they have 3 models for it:
    B140HAN01.0
    B140HAN01.1
    B140HAN01.2

didnt found much about it, but im pretty sure its a glare / anti-glare differences, and a connector differences. i know they have 30 pin and 40 pin, just not sure which one is what...
we definitely need the 40 pin connector.
