I think Dell XPS 15 (9570) might be the best Thin and Light thats also and amazing Mac replacement. It's just amazing for video and photo editing. I own the i9 version that blows through most of of productivity applications and photo editing while being able to handles anything I throw at it. I know it has thermal throttling but you kinda fix that with giving fan proper airflow I did an in depth review which you can check out here. I would love to your thoughts about it and any other thin and light laptops I should try out that gives the dell xps a run for it's money.
