    Hi,

I'm changed to AHCI instead of RAID because I also use Ubuntu Linux. I had a lot of BSOD using the default Microsoft NVME drivers in Windows 10. As many did, I started to use Samsung 950 pro drivers ( under Storage Controllers ) with my 1 TB pm951. Since then, no more BSOD. However, I have the issue that a reboot does not work ( device not found ), cold boot works fine. This is a known issue. Are there other options running in AHCI mode and a stable Windows 10 without the need to install the Samsung NVME drivers ?

i'm on AHCI and using the latest Intel RST drivers. zero BSOD, no crashes, no "hard drive not found"

i have the restart bug though, but that has no impact on my usage or work flow. other than this very small inconvenience, system is rock solid.
