    Hello everyone

I've had a problem with my Dell XPS 15 9560 motherboard after a BIOS update like 4 months ago. I had to order a new motherboard (refurbished one). It arrived like 3 months later (due to where I live) and it was faulty.

When the motherboard was installed in the system and the power cable was plugged in, the power button turned on automatically. Yet, screen didn't show anything (no power at all) and the engineer checked the CPU and GPU and told me they don't get any power at all.

He said this can happen from a problem in either the BIOS or the Intel Chipset. Yet, he never worked on a similar motherboard before.

Unfortunately, I can't ship the motherboard back (even though the seller is ready to replace it if I could return it). I simply can't ship anything out where I live.

Has anyone had a similar problem or have worked on this motherboard before and can provide remote assistance? I would love to pay someone who can guide the engineer to get the motherboard fixed as I don't have better options atm.

    I have the i7-7700HQ with GTX 1050 [YH90J]

I'd appreciate any help or referral if you know someone I can contact.

    Thanks
