Hi Everyone,
I am Mohammad Javed A. from Mumbai, I just ordered a high end Dell XPS 15 and it will be shipped through Blue Dart.
My query is that, if Bluedart man comes to home for delivery of my laptop and I am not there to receive it then what will happen ?
any more delay or any HIDDEN CHARGES involved in it.
Do I have to pay anything to courier guy in any possible case.
My status is "Manufacturing Build Complete", so how much time it will take to deliver to my house ?
also is delivery date claimed by Blue Dart will be 100% precise ?

Bluedart Express ltd /Service Guide/ Domestic Priority

When you receive your tracking information that is when it will be delivered. Anything before that is just a guess on Dell's part. If you aren't home they will likely just try the next day or you can schedule a pickup.
