HI, I got a brand spanking new xps 15 in December 2010. Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago when I got the blue screen. It would then shut off and reboot. One it reboots the blue screen comes back on and repeats this.

I have gone into the start up options and tried to reset to the defaults there.
I have downloaded Ubuntu from another computer and tried to boot from there.
I thought it might be the RAM so I pulled out the RAM and put it back in.

Obviously none of these things worked.

Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this? are there any ways to fix it? I live way up in northern Canada and don't really want to ship it away as that takes quite a bit of time.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
