How do I dial a number using the built in WWAN? Mobile broadband works fine with my sim card so far.

Pretty sure you cant do it easily. Just use a data voip app like google voice. Its free inside the states and works well (i.e. gmail calling).

Just go setup a gmail account. Then get the gmail video/calling plugin. Inside gmail is a button to make phone calls.
