I've been thinking of buying the XPS 15.

The dilemma is if I should just order it now or wait for the CES and see if anything new is right around the corner. I know it's always something new to wait for, but the new Sandy Bridge is especially quite a big thing as I hear.

    1. Would you personally wait?
    2. Is the price level going to be the same through January as it is now? Do Dell use to have some campaigns in January?
    3. What are the predictions as to when new Sandy Bridge machines will be shipped out? How fast has Dell done this before?

From what Intel has told us, it's worth waiting for. No one knows when Dell will start rolling it out. We can only hope they give us more details at CES, which is only about a week away. According to the comments on this page, the L502X refresh is scheduled for February 2011. I assume the L702X refresh would come out at the same time. Obviously this isn't set in stone, but the guy has released a lot of information that only an insider could possibly know.

    Alienware M17x with Sandy Bridge
Dell Latitude E6x20 leaks with Sandy Bridge
Dell XPS17 with Sandy Bridge, 3D or Multi-Touch, and GT 450M

A GTS 450M would be great :D Wishful thinking?
