    Hi guys - I recently bought a Kensington docking station with my Dell XPS 15, and I'm having a lot of screen flickering issues. It doesn't flicker naturally as if the refresh rate is off - but each time i type a key or mouse over an image, the screen flickers on my external 23 " monitor. I of course have the NVIDIA GeForce GT 420M, however I believe this is happening even when the system switches to its on board graphics. Any ideas?
