    1. I just got the laptop - i'm probably not going to do a fresh install but leave it as it is.. So what drivers do I need to download for the gpu or sound, etc.

    2. I have the i5 processor with Optimus but I have no idea how to check if Optimus is enabled or not - how?

    3. How can I check my own laptops temperature and other statistics?

    4. My subwoofer is making the mufflepop noise - there was another thread but I couldn't really find anything to resolve it - how to fix?

    5. Also how do i get my SDXC/MMC slot to open lol (located in front of laptop)

    6. Like question 1, is there anything else I have to download or worry about?

    Thanks alot! :)

    1. Stick with the Dell drivers on their driver download page as of now. DONT do a clean install and mess everything up.

    2. Right click on the desktop. Go to NVIDIA control panel and Choose Manage 3D settings. In the global settings tab, if the option is to Auto-Select a graphics card, Optimus is enabled.

    3. A lot of programs are out there. But its basically how comfortable you feel when you use it.

    4. No idea about the muffled subwoofer. Check with Dell and try for a replacement if the issue persists as I don't have any issues so far.

    5. Like the guy above me said...just pop it out.

    6. Nothing else to worry about. Do remember to disable hardware acceleration for adobe flash since it has issues with playing videos on a optimus enabled laptop.
